Ok iv been playing for a while now, Was just wondering if i could delet my fed toon and just have 2 klingon toons,For what I remeber you need lvl 25 fed toon, before being able to make kilngon toons,have they chaged that.

    Silver account slots are locked as 1st Fed and 2nd klingon. All subsequent slots are universal but you are unfortunately committed to a blue one.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles
