Have only recently gained the second piece of the new Borg item set (Console, Beam, Torp), and I have noticed some odd behavior with my power levels when I started using it; when the weapon proc is triggered, my weapon energy levels are not recharging as fast after a volley, which means that if I get a stacked triggering, my energy levels get as low as 45/100, instead of a low point of 85/100 (highest situational drain with BO 3) even when I have EPtW active.
I'm curious as to whether this is just me going nuts, or if this behaviour is being seen elsewhere.
I don't use BO3, but I do use FaW2 with upwards of 6 Beam Arrays (Broadside). When this new ability proc'd I didn't noticed power going lower, in fact, I think it actually went up!
I plan to do some more testing on it later today/tomorrow. I'll post my findings.

General opinion on the 2-pc proc for the Omega Adapted Set is that the Resistance it speaks of, means resisting your energy drain when firing multiple weapons It hasn't been completely confirmed, but it's still fairly early.

Yeah, wouldn't make much sense to resist energy drains applied by an enemy after you land a hit. However, I compared the effect of the set bonus to Nadion Inversion and they're not the same, so it's hard to tell. Of course, by the wording of Nadion Inversion, it should resist ALL energy draining effects, and I don't recall that being the case.
