Rare/blue Starbase Doffs Nerfed

Before season 7 you could get the new doffs
Ground/space combat doffs and the beam weapon doffs
And many other new doffs at the starbase

Now all you get are the floor sweeping doffs
With little to no attributes and only the old
Skills

I bought 20 blue rare doffs and not 1 of the new
Doffs showed up, the doffs I got were garbage

Cryptic is this intentional or did this get messed
Up somehow I'n the season 7 update ?

If it's intentional where are the new doffs now being
Sold at ?
