passive ability

so, when you chose a passive reputation ability it will give you the bonus no matter if you have maxed out the given skill (like I have max shield systems, I should get +30 points anyway right? like with consoles)

just wanna be sure :)

    Yes that is correct, it will always give the 30 points even if you are maxed out, but the added bonus may not be as much as you thought because of it though.

    Also tried the crit upgrade. It's a flat 3% increase. Crit rate on the same character went from 2.5% to 5.5%

    thx. it seems the +30 weaps means +3,5% one each weapons dmg (which isnt bad)
