I've recently picked up a the Steamrunner Escort and I was hoping somebody could recommend a build for me, I've been looking at the Patrol Escort as they seem pretty similar, I am a Engineer officer.
It has the following

My play style is very much "Hit & Run" although any recommendations will certainly be appreciated, thank you for taking the time to read this

All photons (quick reload) with mines and a torp at the back. Dispersal Pattern Beta III, then the usual High Yield and Tac Team skills.
Science and Engineer boff's are setup for self repair and shield restore mostly.
All power to Shields, then engines.
Makes for very quick STF runs through eg. Khitomer, where the large stationary, and more importantly shiedless, targets are eliminated with much haste. Just as long as the rest of the team can take out the usual compliment of Spheres, probes, BoPs, etc
Tempted to move onto Quantums or Tricobalts. Tried a similar setup in the past using an Escort Retrofit on my Borg Engineering alt, with a full Tricobalt setup. Critical 400k damage from 1 mine launch using Dispersal Pattern Beta III.

Engineering consoles is 1x Bogr Universal, Antimatter Universal, Team Fortress, Zero Point universal

Really works out will and with EptS1, 2x Field Gens MK XI blue and Team Fortress I don't miss TTS2 at all.
