fleet alliance fleet fed/kdf

hello i am looking for a federation fleet with no klingon ally.
i have a klingon fleet: tier 1:star base militairy sceince, we have almost construct engineer tier 1.
i am almost every day online,but i am only one online.
if you are interesting to form a alliance,place a comment or pm me on the game @deklak.

    I know its been a some time for a reply to this how you doing are you still in need as we have a very active fleet
