i will repost my survey differently; i did make a list of alll the misconcept regarding weapon's; shield; deflector and even engines; that i experience ............. to be honest; star trek online is a hole free for bugs and proc's that are never triggered.
I would like you guys to mention each misconcept youves experience in the game; i myself know about 37 proc's related issue that even on the 11/19/2012; are not even adressed.
Perhaps in community can we express these information; caused alone; ive's been trowned away....
(PS; the removal of shield outside of combat zone; and reinstatement of similar shield; while removing them rapidly to the previous one; was indead applying the resistance buff that create the Powerfull shield (x2) .....
Mention them all so they can be adressed.
