A couple QoL ideas

I was thinking about a couple things the other day:
1. People are concerned about Dilithium and loot. Why not (in addition to the recent loot changes) add Dilithium boxes to the loot pool similarly to how Champions has Questonite boxes dropping from "Alert" bosses and some other big bosses in the game.
In addition to the final Dilithium from a Fleet Action or STF someone gets a box with 240-960 Dilithium in it OR one of those newly added gear drops.
2. People are trying to gather and save doffs but in a fleet there are times when people have 500 Sci while a sci project is in action and so they can't use them. They also don't want to grind them or sell them.
Could a DOFF stable or "Barracks" be added to the Fleet Bank tab with perhaps room for 100 DOFFs of Green and White quality? Maybe increase the size via a project as the Fleet gains levels?

And a tribble bra for female Orions. Think about it. They hate tribbles so much they just hollow a pair out and use em to give their ta-tas some extra lift, and keep them warm in the winter.
