I dont understand why loot was removed from the STFs, these missions are one of the best things in this game. Why destroy something that worked great, you try to fix only to destroy.
Season 7 has had a rough start, im glad dilithium has returned to STFs. My fleet is happier aswell.
Please fix the private queue asap we have a multi-faction fleet, we prefer playing with all our members.

Well loot was removed since everything will be store based in the rep system, if you're referring to the junk loot then..come on. lol Most of the time it made its way to the vendor to be sold for a few thousand ec's, which could be made doing any mission with loot drops.
It's not in yet, but ever cube, tac cube, Negh'var, presumably diamonds and bgers, and possibly gates will have a high chance to drop some replicator food.
In a couple STFs (especially Cure which could become a bottomless loot bag if you kill two cubes and blockade the Negh'vars all day), it works out to more items going around than the old end of mission bags, though until we see the quality distribution it's hard to say if it's actually a good deal or not. It does at least restore STFs status as a one stop shop for three different types of junk.
