While the Vesta line is very nice can I point out that the Federation now has a cruiser line (Odyssey), a sci ship line (Vesta) and an Escort (Steamrunner class) for sale in the store with 10 console slots as standard and the KDF have still only got the Bortas Line. Please it must surely be time for the KDF to get some Z-store ships with 10 console slots to give a hint of parity, and not a cruiser but a Raptor/BoP and a science ship.
The Vesta and all its variants are very nice ships. Each one unique and their consoles very useful. I do not regret having bought them. I have a small request though:
Could you guys have a look at the Aux cannon mechanics? Every time my weapon power level is at 0 my Aux cannons would stop shooting (which happens quite often against Tholian ships). To make full use of those cannons I'm running on maximum Aux energy and thus on minimal weapon power. That means my weapon power gets drained very quickly. I suppose this wasn't meant to work like that? After all isn't it supposed to be a weapon that runs completely independent of weapon power levels?

Are you using other weapons beside the aux cannons if so that's where the drain comes from. I got the 3 back so all my forward cannons are aux cannons.

Aux DHC being affected by aux and not weapon power this would make sense, but the weapon is still controlled by the weapons system. What I find funny, in the books they took all their power from the weapons system to fire that mega deflector phaser beam, so wouldn't it make sense to fire it all weapons power would be drained and dumped into Aux and all deflector abilities become disabled. I'm finding right now that the Vesta spike damage is insane, pop a Aux Battery, Rapid Fire 2, Grav Well 3 and the Phaser Beam of DEATH and this is without a Attack Pattern like say Beta 1/2 or heaven forbid Omega 1. I found myself dying a lot in STF because I kept managing to take agro from tacs. I finally had to load up my defense a bit more, to use to being that sci that everyone ignores.

I think that's very much the intent, it'd give the ship a huge advantage (particularly in PvP) if you could still fire the forward cannons when your weapon systems were disabled.
If you only buy a single ship do you get access to all of the costume parts?
If you buy just one, you'll have the costume parts of the base Vesta and whichever variant you purchased available to use, but not the other two variants' parts.
I got the three pack and there's some weird bugs. When i go to customize my ship on the left it only shows I have the Aventine and Vesta skins, but if I change the individual parts the Rademaker shows up but like a free unlock it. Also some of my consoles moves keep moving on my hotbar even though its locked and sometimes it shows my shuttles name down where it should show my ships name. Nothing that's a problem just annoying.

I really wish they were upfront about the gimped CD on pets... the hangar bay + being able to use cannons was suppose to make up for the loss of hull and shields...
