With all the negativity going back and forth, I would like to pay PWE/Cryptic a compliment for part of their S7 implementation.
The ability to double-click on inventory items (while overdue) is a great time saver and so is the ability to switch between characters without having to relog.
1) the starbase doff vendor now gives a more even split of doffs.
for example before you could buy like 20 tacs and get 1 security guy. now its more even.
2) we can now have a ship and a shuttle set up at the same time.
3) our ship list now has little icons of the ship for easy viewing.
4) man of the starbase projects require only white doffs, and the bartender and chef missions are not doable.
5) dilithium to fleet actions makes them relevant again.
6) season 7 in general is pretty good, and the problems while have overshowded it, its still a good season.

1) Awesome news!
2) Yes I love this very much. And if we enter the Vault Shuttle event PVE while still in our starship, I believe we will automatically enter the PVE mission in our selected default shuttle. (Haven't tested this yet, but the PVE queue doesn't look as though it prevents you from joining if you are not already in a shuttle/fighter)
2A) We can now enter our shuttle interior while in our starship. Just click the "more" arrow on the bottom right corner of the mini map just like you would to enter your bridge.
2B) We can now talk to the bridge officer inside our shuttle, (haven't checked the npc in the transporter room on my starship yet), and switch to another large starship without having to go to a shipyard. (Can only have 1 shuttle "equipped" to switch to though)
3) That makes it easier to identify a ship we want to switch to without having to click it in the list first. Especially if we have several ships all with a similar name.
4) Do you mean that the bartender and chef ARE doable? If it's as you said, what is preventing them from being completed?
5) You better believe it. I love fleet actions, especially that defend the starbase one, but the only time people seemed to do them was during the 2 hour period of extra rewards in the event rotation.
6) You had some typos there lol. But I agree. Season 7 over all is great despite the bugs and minor irritations.
Adding myself:
7) Finally we can tell what rarity our bridge officers are. Personally I prefer all purples and have 1 character with a blue boff I gotta toss and replace. (It's a Gorn and their passives include Basic Reptilian Strength no matter what rarity they are and purple rarity are suppose to be 2 superior and 2 standard passives, no basics, so it's confusing to me.)
8) I like the fact we can get a FREE non-combat pet on New Romulus. No stinking Zen. No stinking lock boxes. No stinking sehlat cub and targ pup cost 300 zen each yet the cub can sell for a little over 100k and the targ can cost a couple million in the exchange B.S. (I WANT A TARG PET FOR MY KLINK! I'll eventually get it with Zen I get with dilithium) That Epohh thing. Looks cute. But I'm only able to tag enough solo to get 2 of the tag thingies and the doff assignment requires 4 just to get 1 thingie (you get 3 on critical success) and you need 5 thingies to get the pet. Which means it takes 2 days tagging (20 hour coolddown for tagging) to get 1 of the 5 thingies to get it = 10 days to get the pet. And then there is the doohickie assignments to "raise" it or something. :P
POsitive things....well I really like the new romulus place (I like it so much that I moved there ) but the lack of stfs and how they changed my routine in game plus my graphics problems since s7 managed to hide the new great content under waves of frustration.
other positive thing is the steam pack.I always asked for some kind of steam stuffs and I had to get that pack even though Ill never use those ships/ship :P dream

hate to break it to you, but that was a "feature" that was part of the game until, iirc the game went f2p, when it was mysteriously removed. Probably a bug they just now got around to fixing (long overdue).

The chef one cost like a 1000 heart of targs and a 1000 cardassian taspar eggs. they are rare food and people were having trouble getting them. now it just gosts food.
the barman went from costing romulan ale to drink.
Ya, whoop-de-doo:
Ya don't need to type in your password while changing toons
You can double click an item to use it, unless your bank tab is opened
The UI is sharper, but the buttons added are so close together it's easy to hit the drop button while trying collect on a completed mission
ya can now buy the gear you want instead of learning to be competent in STF's
oh, and the Feds got 2 more shineys
