Dilithium Refine Amounts

The recent blog posted said Lifers and 800-day vets get a 9000 daily refine amount. This was due to the duty officer mission to refine 1000 more dilithium but that mission takes 2 days or 48 hours to complete and you can only have it running once. So do you want to update your blog or is this one of those oversights you made?
