Efficient Boffs

Sry if this question has been answered in the S7 change log, but has the efficient trait been removed of the Lethean boffs? I tried to buy one from the exchange and noticed that. Even the one Lethean I allready have serving on my ship seems to have lost it.

    I can confirm that certain of my BOffs still have a reason not to be air-locked yet. Both Lethean and Saurian.

    Perhaps you bought one that didn't have it. If the price was below 500k or so, it probably didn't.

    This is a known by the community but ignored by the Dev's bug. Hopefully it will get fixed as it has been around far too long already. There is no mention of it being fixed in the Season 7 mess.

    I have 5 Efficient Saurians and they all retained the trait through the Season 7 update. I think 3 of them got "demoted" to common-quality while 2 got "promoted" to very rare-quality (all were originally uncommon) but that shouldn't impact the effect.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    All mine still seem to work, and my uncommissioned still show the trait.

    All my Saurian/Lethean Boffs were very rares with efficient. Now they are all rares. When is this going to be fixed? Im talking 9 Boffs downgraded. This is unacceptable. The difference in price from blue to purp is huge and im not puttin up that ec again. I put a ticket in the day of S7 launch but latest patch hasnt addressed this issue. Ive talked with several other players that have been downgraded and one that was actually upgraded. This is a huge fail.:mad:

    Guess are problem doesnt warrant a response .

    The thing is, this is strictly a UI issue, and hence, 'low priority'. The traits and their effects remain the same... (All of my 'Uncommon' Efficient Saurian BOs display as 'Common', which never existed in the game, but it doesn't matter, as i still get the 'Efficient' power boost effects... And there are no Trait differences between 'Uncommon' and 'Rare' Efficient Saurian, so how can you determine which one is which???)

    Rares have one superior trait. Very Rares have 2 superior traits. Id like what i paid for . Not sure about the lesser ones as ive never owned them.

    For 'Non-Efficient' BOs, this would be correct. But 'Very Rare Efficient Saurians' have only one 'Superior' Trait, (ever since they were introduced), and Rare & Uncommon have no 'Superior' Trait, unless you count 'Efficient' as a 'Superior' Trait type. (But if you did, what would that make of 'Uncommon Efficient Saurian' BOs...)

    I read your old post grouchy and appreciate your reply but none of it addresses the plain simple fact that I no longer have what I paid for. I purchased Very Rare Saurians and Letheans which I no longer have. Also there is a huge difference in price if nothing else between a rare and a very rare. I notice too that noone is addressing the Lethean side of this . Common Cryptic. Get your act together and fix this. I dont want to hear anymore lame excuses why it doesnt matter or that its low prority. I paid alot of ec for these Boffs and I will continue to post daily on this subject until corrected. If its above the dev heads to correct this issue than please deposit 20 mil ec in my account within the next week and ill drop the whole thing. If I have to continue wasting my time posting in these forums to get satifaction then I feel the compensation should go up thus the 1 week time frame. Let this post be a warning to others that it seems acceptable for the devs to take something that you have purchased and downgrade it with no reason. I havent even mentioned the 2 very rare weapons that im missing or the fact that my qin heavy raptor only has 2 aft weapon slots now. I dont currently use the weapons or that ship. You can have them . Its not worth the fight to get them fixed. But I do use these Boffs and im not going to forget about it.

    I have bought a couple Efficient Lethean bridge officers post-S7, and the pre-S7 Efficient Boffs I had have retained their Efficient trait.

    Not all Lethean Boffs have Efficient. When I was skimming the auction house...err...'exchange' for Boffs a couple weeks ago I found that the Efficient ones started around 80k.

    Guess it doesnt matter if i get my Boffs back since you guys have completly broken the game. To busy creating new bugs to fix old 1s.

    Another patch has gone by and still no fix or offer of compensation from cryptic. I just finished pricing how much it would cost to replace the efficient boffs you guy downgraded on me. 20,026,000 ec. You guys can consider this a bill.

    Oh ill keep posting until i get it or i get a new game cause these devs are lame. Im picturing 4 snot nosed kids right outta college that dont have a clue as this dev team. They TRIBBLE up more than they fix and ignore the stuff they screwed up like it never happened. They put in release notes that things have been fixed that arent. Its becoming a joke. This game is doomed w/ that kind of team. Everyone wants to spend money here w/ this kind of service. I dont think so and w/o the cash they go under . So enjoy the little time you all have left to play. Another great game ruined by lack of skill and effort.
