Temporal Disruption Device

i just got the temporal warfare set and have been using it and was surprised by how long the Temporal Disruption Device fire rate is , i thought it might of been lag or me being impatient cause it taking 19 seconds to recharge , but i have sense go out in normal missions alone and STF and have found it takes upwards of 30 seconds to 60 for it to recharge and be able to fire again.

seeing thats not 19 i sent in a bug report but wanted to get feedback from others and see if others are seeing this or am i wrong about the recharge time . thanks for all thoughts ahead of time

    would be nice if they ever fixed that.. considering i bought the thing because of the 20s cooldown its supposed to have.. not the 45-1min cooldown its giving.. or my favorite.. just not firing at all and going on cooldown.

    I wouldn't mind this fix either, been wanting to move it to the front of my ship. I'm waiting until I get the Kinetic Cutting Beam.

    The timer increases the more pumped the device becomes. High Yield 3 makes for a long cool down. Standard fire I have yet to see it take too long.

    This happens to alot of torps...:( it sucks....it does it with anykind of tricobalt torp, occasionally with HY plasma, and very rarely with the breen cluster bomb

    High yield and spread stretch the cooldown. Use it without them and you're fine.

    just like the rest of you i got it for the big damage at 19 second recharge but its so slow and fails to fire even when recharged after 45 to 60 seconds its made me worse , first thing in sto i have been personaly mad at in a long long time:mad:

    Can we please speed up the flight time of these torpedo's my ship passes them up every time by the time they would get to the target the target is already dead. I don't expect quantam fast but even plasma torps are faster.
