what are you doing while new season downloads?

i am watching trek and cooking since the download seems to be taking forever :(

    Reheating pizza, listening to my kids drive me crazy, checking up on the other PWE forums (some of which I actually mod) and just chilling out.

    ok what is wrong.... I am located in Austin, TX. Have roadrunner, there fastest I-Net package.... Can download anything else in the world from 2 to 2.5 MByte a sec and I am still at 14% for STO update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Nothing since I tried it on tribble and the patcher just pulled 98% from there.

    i get 5 meg per sec and started at 11:15 download still going at 1:40

    And you miss the obvious: It doesn't matter how fast your internet is. If everyone and their mother is patching, you're still going to patch slowly. In this case it's a limitation of how much data the server can transfer out.

    Fortunately my main interest is the stories and characters. Bioware makes iffy gameplay, but the best characters. Minsc, Bastila, and Garrus FTW.

    In TV (Germany) they show a brand new (dubbed) episode of "The big bang Theory". So guess what I am doing right now while downloading the patch...
