Will Boff's ever have the ability to wear off duty outfits? I mean really, i want my Boff's to be able to wear the mercenary outfit already! Looks dumb with my Captain in it, and my boff's stuck to a uniform...

It would be nice if the officers, all the NPC's, on your ships who are not your away team members could all wear the same kind or as close to version of the uniform that either your character or your bridge officers wear.
The default uniforms, are to be quite honest, hideous.

Right along with this I want a feature to give the same uniform setup to my whole crew. If this is already in the game it's very badly advertised. I tried messing with the save feature but it only produced screenshots or restored the whole model including body parameters. I just want the uniforms uniform, not a crew full of twins

If you want your crew to look off-duty or non starfleet, you can disguise the uniforms at least.

Dont use starfleet emblems and rank pins, use different colors, use unusual top/pants/skirt combinations...

That helps a bit.
