Im trading my veteran science boff only for veteran tactical boff or veteran engineer boff

    u can do with urs boffs also, same as ask some friend to train some skill space or ground in III for you

    Veteran boffs were special ones given out to a certain number of people for something or other.


    are these things even tradable? I thought they were bound like the Borg BO's.
