I just think that since this is such an expensive ship (how much zen does it cost to get the Lobi on average?!) that they should take a look at this console and tweak it so that it isn't so useless.
They loadouts of the summons seem to be what they look like coming out of the box (AP beams and chroniton launchers fore and aft at MK10 white so not a huge amount of punch there).
As it is, my OP stands and the recommendation is not to buy this ship. You can probably get an LTS for the same "price" and at least those destroyers have a decent console and the lack of one console slot/HP/Shield mod/sheild turn rate is more than made up for with the fact that they are account rather than toon based...
Suggestions in this thread are good, I like the idea of a toggle (if you see a tac cube, gate or donatra target one of your summmons you switch it off to not get damaged) or the alternate dimension idea (as in the damage/healing does not flow from one ship to another).
I just ask that Branflakes adds this to feedback list and if devs get the chance they can take a look at it.
