Miracle Worker- Tribble

Hi..I just noticed when I was near death pressing Miracle Worker was NOT as nearly as effective at providing the heal in Tribble (S7) as it is currently on Holodec.

Just an observation.

    that's strange, i thought it was supposed to be improved come S7. At least that what i thought I read from one of the devs. :confused:
