Reproduction Step: Create a private PvP or PvE action.
Bug: Start button is greyed out, doesn't work.
Bug: Private queue window remains open after the match, cannot be closed.
Solution: /queue_startgame is required to make stuff work.
This is something of a problem, since lots of people make private STFs, pvp matches, etc.
