White NPC Backgrounds

Hey Everyone,

Hope you're enjoying Season 7 on Tribble so far. We've just patched a new version for you to check out.

I humbly request that if anyone sees a white background on a dialog NPC, please let us know. They are quite a few places, so if you happen to see one, just tell where you saw it so we can clean it up.

Morn in Quark's on DS9 has a white background

The first communication from your officer in the Vice admiral B'Tran Cluster mission: System Eta Phoenics 937 patrol
Its the investigate distressed ship type. Your first communication from a ship officer describing the mission. And all following communications from him as well.
Also the last communication from the mission objective captain, strangely his first has a background but he end mission communication does not.

First communication from your officer in the Vice admiral B'Tran Cluster mission type Investigate planet.
Following on planet portion as well. Specific mission Planet FO53-J Patrol.
All communications blank background.

Seems as most of the communications in the B'tran cluster Vice admiral were blank backgrounds.
Several other nebula/cluster areas are doing it as well. Probably all exploration areas are doing majority blank backgrounds.

Deferi Patrol mission: rescues deferi fleet. The one with 3 cruisers and 2 sets of frigates or so. The bridge officer message confirming completion and warp out option has a white background.
