First off let me say that all the ship interiors need a massive overhaul, right then 
How does a "Captain Reputation" sound? A reputation with "your" crew.
Think of it as a personal Starbase, where upon completing tiers unlocks banking, mail and crafting in your ship.
Alternative decor/ skins for passageways and rooms including a TNG look or an Enterprise look.
New uniforms that would be worn by the crew NPCs and additions to ten forward lounges including Dabo.
Doffing would obviously be a part of this as its "your" Reputation with the crew that's being built.
