When you speak to them they both have blinding white backgrounds
Delirium Tremens
Completed Starbase, Embassy, Mine, Spire and No Win Scenario

    I've been seeing that a lot on Tribble. Not sure why.

    I think thats because they're temporary atm. Probably get an actual info and conversation from them latter thats something more than "This is not the STF store you are looking for(handwave)".

    Hopefully they will become more informative with Roxy telling you how the rep system progresses and the rewards for tiers ect. And the Admiral hopeful giving tactics advice on the missions or some such.

    If the white background is showing up for npcs that haven't been changed by s7 then it may be something else.

    I've seen it all over the place, even BOFF' get it.

    Was nice to see the improved texture on my Borg officer armour though.
