DSTL STO reward code

Are there any others out there that picked up an STO code from the recent DSTL convention? I've followed the instructions, entered the code but none of the 'special' rewards seem to have been applied to my account. I tried to enter the code again but get told it has already been claimed. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue? I've raised a ticket with PWE but think that I'll see a RL First Contact before a resolution.

It's only a title and a holographic DOFF, but it'd be nice to have them.

Once you've entered the code, head in-game and open up the C-Store form the mini-map. Under the 'Items' category, you will see a new item available that has a portrait of Holo-Leeta. Claim this item and then open up the bound box that goes into your inventory
