Got to agree, not being able to tell how many people are on the queue is a problem. Maybe not such a big problem for the STFs and new romulan content once it hits holodeck, but the older events will be hit negatively.
Yea, the new layout is sub par. Before at least you knew how many were in Que, now your just left to spin in space indefinitely. Bring back the old pve layout or add the count to the new, either or, but something.
This might not be a problem on holodeck, but it is on tribble.
The difference between 1 person in queue and 3 doesn't actually tell you on average how many people are in a queue in a given hour for example. One guy in the same queue for 4 hours looks the same as one group being formed every 15 minutes.
On tribble however you have no idea if there is (literally) anyone else queuing for content at all. because it's tribble.
It would be nice if they gave you the average wait time for the last hour - that would be useful, how many people in the queue doesn't actually tell you a whole lot.

I think this is another "Bring back the number of people in a queue display" post.
