Best setup for a Exploration Cruiser

hi could some on help me with the best set up for the ship named above thanks in advance

    first, what do you want to do with the ship, whats your captain's class?
    To be honest, the ship is one of the hardest to setup and play with in a meaningfull and fun way. It is a 100% tank/supporter...nothing else. If you want to make it deal dmg, you are bound to fail already.
    Current PVE content doesn't really support that kind of tankiness to be honest. You can tank any elite stf with a lot more offensive oriented cruiser. In PVP it is a good supporter, but tbh if you ask for builds on the forum (which is great and i support people who do) then PVP won't bring you much joy. And Other ships are better suited for that.

    If you want to play it just because you like the design, then any cruiser guide here on the forum will help you perfectly. There are many in this section of the forum.

    hi he is a enginer and i want it to do missions to rank up to VA

    well that pretty much makes anything possible. still not ideal to level, since dmg is king in most missions.

    but 8 beams and all power to weapons is a start.

    but what can i say, any other cruiser is actually better suited for leveling. maybe you have a chance to get a mirror starcruiser, the one with 3 tac boff slots
