A player who has significant resists either by being resist capping (75%) themselves or by getting heals from their teammates could seem invincible and legitimately tank the entire enemy team depending on their damage output.
There are many skills that can be used in combination with each other to achieve this, it all depends on the particulars. For example, a Engineer Cruiser might pop Emergency Power to Shields 3 and Rotate Shield Frequency, and that that point they are very nearly resist capped due to the buffs and the shield power levels for the next 30 seconds. That is one of several ways to do it....
It's not cheating, it's just part of the game, so if you're willing to learn then the extreme majority of people in this forum are willing to teach you...
We were pushed him far away from team mates.Me and 3 guy all was escort with HDC.Other my team guy was on far away with others. We were hit him maybe 2-3 mins nothing any less his shield.
Also I'm using MKXII HDC and turrets MKII all proton and I'm tactical officer and using 4x proton damage booster console. Also my ship pattern skill and energy weapon skills are full and I'm using alpha-beta-omega too

So if I understand you correctly, you isolated the person in question either by using Tractor Beam Repulsors to push him away from his teammates or you simply got away from the fight over time.
Was he moving incredibly fast and your weapons kept missing him? Or was he kept under control, without a lot of movement and he successfully tanked all of yalls damage?

Ker'rat tends to come to mind with things like this - where somebody goes in to test their tank. They can have 6-8 guys beating on them without much changing - nobody's debuffing, nobody's purging, nobody's rooting, nobody's facebaiting, nobody's even killing crew... they're just pew pew pew pew passing the time.

Nope he was using oddy and slow we were almost stopped on him and firing directly.
Nope he was using oddy and slow we were almost stopped on him and firing directly.
So he was running high shield power, probably a high level EPTS, getting Borg procs, then shield doffs for good measure too. Shield doffs can proc multiple times when BFI is up, supposedly. I know that I've gotten massive heals when bursted in the past before with BFI up.
You guys must have been doing TRIBBLE damage too. The fact that you take TT3 over a damage skill doesn't inspire confidence in your build.

An Odyssey is very capable of heavy tanking, particularly when they are set up as healers, and it doesn't surprise me that one was able to take significant fire.
Without further information about who was using what weapons and what their Boff layouts were, and going with the knowledge that you were running things like Tactical Team 3 and none of yall died. My only assumption can be that despite the fact that there were 4 of you in escorts, you did not have sufficient damage output (either burst or dps) to overcome a heavy healer tank.
Healing Cruisers are known for their ability to take enormous amounts of punishment and require special timing to take one down during team matches. The question now becomes one of specifics, meaning what are you using, and if you can remember, what was the Odyssey using?

fact is, its extreamly easy to basically seem invincible, at least for a wile.
full EPtS up time
balancing your shields
TSS during an alpha strike
TT during an alpha strike
BFI doffs when your shields are almost gone
RSP when your shields are almost gone
borg set heals
an escort can use all of this, and seem invincible to lesser players for a good amount of time. cruisers and sci ships can do this as well, but seem invincible for longer durations. if you cant deal damage to such people its because
your build is terrible, really TT3?
your skill tree is terrible
you use all your tac skills wile someones defenses are up
your not a tac captain, yet you are trying to fight like one
your useing AP weapons, yet doing nothing to take away your enemies evasion score
you just are not that skilled, and need more practice and a willingness to learn
using key binds so multiple abilities are activated with the repeated pressing of 1 button are not hax or cheats, just a helpful tool that anyone can use. theres no cheating behind any of this, these are just the basics.

I got tactical oddy too and now using Fleet escort.when I'm using oddy they r destroy my ship easier.

No it is not the right mouse button; it is using the in game script like function. But I fail to see how that is cheating. What is wrong with having shields balance when you fire with 1 key press?
I'm not going to read the whole thread. Hax is hax and all.
In case it wasn't mentioned.
/bind space "GenSendMessage HUD_Root FirePhasers $$ +power_exec Distribute_Shields"
still goin.4 players hits 1 guy last night his never lose any shield any.Yes its only about tactical fck team and some other skills. There is nothing any macro or script nothing.
I was in my Recluse the other day, which is my dedicated heal ship. I needed the turret killer daily so I flew my ship into the opposing team's base in a Capture and Hold match and proceeded killing turrets. At one point I had 3 ships and about 8 turrets firing at me and they couldn't get my shields below 95%. It's not because I was cheating, but it was a combination of them not being very good, and me continuously cycling shield heals.
For escorts, Tactical Team III is not good. Almost everyone in an escort will be running 2 versions of Tactical Team I. If you continuously cycle these Tactical Teams in combination with emergency power to shields and/or Transfer Shield Strength, you can keep your shields up vs. heavy fire, especially against someone with a bad build, such as yourself.
Your lack of knowledge of these basic ideas shows that you should be trying to learn better builds instead of accusing people that actually have good builds of cheating.
You have a lot of wasted points spent that would be better served in other area, such as Armor Reinforcement, drop that and put the points into Weapon Specialization as that will directly contribute to your damage output.
Additionally, drop the points that you have in Starship Sensors, and reallocate them into Engine Performance for additional speed and turn rate (both of which help your overall performance in an escort for turning with targets and keeping Defense maxed).
Furthermore, though this should have been mentioned before, but power is king, anything that boosts it is a good thing for you even at the expense of other things. So you need to put points into Warp Core Efficiency, preferably pulling the needed points out of Subsystem repair due to the fact that Subsystem Repair depends on your Active Crew levels, and since your crew dies extremely fast during PvP it's not very effective.
Finally, I haven't done the total math, but if you really want to do a lot of Space PvP, then you need to only put the minimum into ground (66k if I remember correctly), and put everything else into Space. Anyway, that's just a few things at first glance.

how r ur powerlevels set? 100 weapon 50 shield 25 engine 25 aux?

My power set is more then 100 weapon from equpment boost and shield doesnt remember exacltly but over 60 I guess engines and aux are low

I'm not sure what at all you're doing with Sensors and those points in kinetic resist should've been put into redlining energy crit.

Go here and read each option so you can figure out how to allocate your points properly.
Actually just look at the build guides in this forum and use them as a template to make a build.
Not everything is "wrong". U alrdy spent points right do deal some damage with ur weapons.
So what is ur bo-layout.

If ur not native or good english speaking reading is more helpful then listening.
Fair enough, still think I'd prefer Sci Team though.
There's still a lot of questionable choices on there but like others have said, your skill tree isn't really the issue.
