Hey, was testing Season 7 and was queing up for a STF run. For some reason my screen blinked a couple times and everything froze. I had to restart to get everything back in order, and by restart, I mean my computer. Did a run on Holodeck and it was fine, tried tribble again, same thing.

yea i had the same thing happen to me on Tribble.. the screen would flash, then come back, and repeat a few times before it flat out crashed my pc. during this process, the UI wouldn't really even respond to commands.. Had to restart. Holodeck no issue at all..

I had the same problem. My system told me that a fatal error occurred with the graphics card and it had stopped working. Then I got the blue screen (thought Win 7 did away with that). The computer did a countdown and rebooted. Told me I recovered from a fatal error and asked if I wanted to start in safe mode or continue normal boot up.

That isn't good to do that to a computer, Cryptic needs to fix ASAP.

P.S. Holodeck has no issues.

There were a couple other reports of this, and it was because people hadn't set their Tribble stuff to run with the correct graphics card, or it was using settings that wasn't supported by their computers.

So you may want to check that out.

There was a nvidia update not long ago because of this issue. Odds are most people did not opt to update their vid drivers. Problem I had is my PSU failed on me so I'm on my caseless dinosaur now lol.
