Asking Questions of the Developers

Regarding the monthly state of the game, where are questions posted to the developers that could be answered directly by them?

One thing I really want answered is if a Dyson Sphere would ever be considered to be developed.

Near the end of the month, they'll have a thread up in the news forum asking for questions. (Usually titled something like "Ask Cryptic November - Questions").

That topic has come up before with the devs, and if I recall correctly, the answer was basically 'it sounds cool, but would be extremely difficult to create with the way the game is setup right now - also, what would you actually DO there?'

I was wondering about if and when you plan to make Star Trek Online a part of the Core Client. As it sets right now, I don't see it on there.
