Fed Mirror Event unbalanced for lower level's

I think it works fine. i leveled my toon from 10 to 45 since the weekend just by doing mirror event, with about 5 per try. The only thing that doesn't work are the geniuses that aggro the whole fleet at once, which increased the needed time for a run to 20 minutes, instead 7...
