Are there more missions like Defense Contract at Alhena System in the Eta Eridani Block?

I think it's great stumbling across systems that just shout out for assistance. Feels very TOS and TNG to me, that aspect of checking in on systems to determine if assistance is needed?

I only know of Alhena being like this for Fed. I'm hoping there're lots more. Please advise, thanks!

used to be one in the system where you escorted a damaged freighter to a mining facility in the sirius sector block... after you leveled up a few times, you'd get a random popup when nearing it saying they are under pirate attack.

In the Eta Eridani sector, you might also want to have a chat with a freighter called Sh'mar, close to the Zibal system. Together with the Traelus Satelite Repair and the Alhena Defense Contract, this is the trinity of Eta Eridani dilithium dailies.

Otherwise, if you generally like this kind of missions, you want to have a look at the system patrols available in most sectors. In earlier seasons, there were wrapper missions to complete these, now they're completely optional and only to be found if you go to a system on the sector map and use the patrol system popup. There's quite a couple of them, in most Federation, Romulan and Cardassian sectors. They just don't offer much of a reward.
The one mentioned by tenkari is the Pico system patrol in the Vulcan Sector.

there is also a set of dailies in the Orelius Sector Block, one for example has you stopping a Breen cruiser and rescuing Deferi hostages, although you need to get the wrapper from the ambassador to get full credit for them.

satelite repair mission is also in that sector. i sometimes still do all 3 of the eta eridani dailys, still rewards 3x 480 dilithium...for not more than 30 minutes playing. But with a good grp i can do 2 elite stfs in the same time for 2x1100 dilithium.
