Took 2 accounts i have, (alt is for my fleet invites for main account).
Challange.
Alt was a lv 28 using a Lv VI white DHC disruptor to shoot at the 50 admrial on my main in a Chimera. Set defualt sheild power to 100 and for the non-EpTS test i used a sheild bat to boost it from 118 to 125. EPtS did this itself in it's test.
Fired one salvo under each condition and did math, pretty easy.
One possability though is that sheild resistance per power is set on a per ship basise, that could mean it's just the chimera, didn't test the others, (wen tfor an afternoon nap straight after, just got back up).
Alright so if it is 25% resistance on a shield power of 125 and this is factual? Can we make the altercations to the wiki for this data? A lot of people referred to this (like me), to suffice the resistances on multiple builds I have been working on with Jedi Master Yoda, and a few others in TRH.
As far as I know, it used to be +1% for every 2 points in power above 50 shield power, meaning 100 shield power was 25% and 125 shield power would get to a hard cap of 35%.
Things may have changed, but that's the last change I remember posted in a patch notes I read- a long time ago...
After the rather boring EPtS and TSS developments, we begin with more exciting things.
The charts for ST actually show a change over the course of the year.

I would probably say that I wouldn't be using ST3 if it weren't for Development Lab Scientists. Having 1 ST3 at global cooldown makes it worthwhile, imo. The addition of cruisers and carriers that allow you to slot it and the DOFF have turned it into a shield heal of choice. On a sci ship, you get 2 copies for the price of one, and open up a boff slot for something more offensively or debuff oriented.
Which probably lends reason to the dropoff of TSS3 and to the high level of TSS2 usage.
appropriate, its about to get rightfully nerfed to the ground. judging by the fix description, it currently works by having every incoming shot, or perhaps cycle, give each of your doffs a chance to proc a heal, over 15 seconds. the more you were shot the more you were healed. and aux levels and flow caps buffed it
now each doff will only be able to proc once every 15 seconds, with a 2000-3000 or so hit point heal

As TSS2 is most popular, this would suggest that HE1 is more used than HE2....
