Small Queue fix?

I recently started my tac toon and after reaching lt.5 I opened the queue. To my surprise there was NO FvK. Only FvF both for ground and for space. Have I missed something it the release notes and they really fixed this issue or is this just some sort of sick joke from Cryptic?

    Klingons do not exist at that level, so the option to queue up to fight them was removed.

    Yeah, I know they do not exist, but this was an issue for so long that I had some troubles with believing what I see.
