"Tax"yo kinetic converter

This is a very powerful item, not sure if PVP will be playable anymore without it since it can be used on any ship.

Does one effectively have to buy this for every PVP alt you have to be competitive? Sounds like a huge tax on long-time players.

Wish this was a per account unlock or quantity discount.

    It's not and absolute must-have console. I'd say it's on par with the Assimilated module. If you're not in an escort, the extra crith and critd won't help all that much.

    But it is helpful. Only reason that convinced me to get it was the turn rate buff.

    With a purple mk xii RCS console, my Tactical Escort Retrofit now has the turning rate of my B'rel Retrofit.
