critical injuries

Hello, I have been injured in battle with critical injuries. I was able to heal the lesser injuries but forgot how to heal the serious ones. I've been serching the forum but after a long time I cannot find anything on these. Please help. Thanks

    You should be able to do that on a starbase I think.

    If I remember incorrectly that just leaves critical components which you can only get from drops, the exchange and possibly crits on the crafting doff mission for repair components.

    Buy Crytical regenerators from exchange. Crytical wounds cause big debuff, so you have to deal with them asap.

    You are correct sir! They should make Critical Components/Regenerators craftable.
