So we get an explanation why we only get Elite Phasers for Fed for working to tier 3 on engineering.
What are your exuses this time that we only get Polly Alloy and Energy Dampening Elite ground Armor Cryptic?
There are no new models to be made, the only explanation is that development didnt have time to implement just a copy and paste of the advanced + the new effect = laziness.
