A Fleet Hunting I Will Go

A fleet where you never have the opportunity to do something together because the slots are always filled is akin to being in a family where you never eat at the same table at home...
I am a forty year old male that has played many games online through the years. I am seeking a very active, relaxed, mature, casual, PVE oriented, fleet that?s social, friendly, and understands family and real life needs come first. I do not like lots and lots of rules, restrictions, and requirements but I know that some are needed.
I am fine using in game voice for mission play (like STF runs) and relying on the text chat for typical day to day interactions. Vent or other off site voice coverage is fine too as long as it's all family friendly.
I do not need a lot of material aid or help and can earn my own keep. I am typically looking for trustworthy officer training and offer the same in turn. Low level data samples are nice when I am leveling a crafter but I give back more worth than I could ever take. I am fine donating to fleet projects on my own time as able but don't want to be told I have to go farm item X for an hour.
I need a Fleet with a good culture of fun because it's contagious between members and affects everyone's disposition while playing. I know STO has its issues and it's alright to talk those over. But I don't want to read or hear a "raging rant" about how the game sucks or you boasting about cussing out a GM that couldn't help after "you" did something dumb like put up a mass of keys for the price of one.
Hopefully, the fleet actually likes Star Trek...
It has been a while since I played so there is a good deal of new content for me to explore and I decided to start over fresh. I have been an on again off again player since release. I don?t have a main yet as I am still leveling toons and arguing over what's the most fun to play the most often daily and so on.
I currently have a level 50 Andorian Tactical Officer named Thel and fly an Armitage Escort Carrier. The character has mastered crafting, earned a full Omega XII space set by elite PUG runs, and is basically collecting dilithium and supporting my other developing toons while I re-learn ground STFs by means of normal grade PUGs (mixed ouch here.)
So, what do I bring to the table? I am an active, mature, social, player with a dry sense of humor, good game mechanic and build knowledge, an even keel that will contribute to a fleet, and is liable just to play with people for outright fun rather than any sort of I need X mentality. I don't.
I just need the right group of people to play with...

I invite you to consider the 44th. We are casual, age 18+ fleet. We have TS server available for voice comm. No playtime requirements. No mandatory starbase contribution requirements. Starbase level is currently at 11. We've got some real friendly members. Come check us out.

Little about myself and my command staff
I am a Ex Navy, i am currently a college instructor i have 2 sets of twin girls, i have been in charge on BH for over a year and a half now. Every 3months we do an election to elect new high commanders i have won the last 5 elections. I lead by example, i do not tollerate immature behavior or discrimination. We really are a big family most our members are each others relatives we have 5 or 6 sets of brothers, we have fathers and sons, brother and sister you name it!
My 2nd in command is a Ex Marine, who is injured and spend alot of time in game he is one 20 out of 24 hours a day he is a great source for information and is always willing give you one on one attention if you needed it.
My 3rd in command is also Ex Marine, he is our STF Trainer he takes groups into STF all day every day and teaches them the tips and tricks.. give him a week of your time and you will feel like you could write a book on STFS
I have 15 other officers in my chain of command, all must pass intense knowledge and skill tests to get into officer ranks.. So anytime you need ANYTHING do not hesitate to ask we have a very knowledgeable staff who is always there to help you if you need them!!

The fleet is run according to the 4F's: Friendship, Freedom, Fun, and Fair-Play. We don't have a lot of restrictive rules other than just following those principles and we try to help each other. We're casual-friendly and alt-friendly. I myself am a family man and those obligations usually come first.
The flip side of that is that we are a small fleet. I can't promise you anything except that I'm doing my best to make sure all of our members benefit from being in our fleet. Some of our members are more active than others. The more active members we're able to recruit, the more likely someone will be online and available for team-play. So you'd be helping us out, too.

Not to sure about that there buddy, our main ally just hit tier 4 starbase i am pretty confident that they are the #1 in starbase progress.
We are currently Tier II Level 9, which is not bad at all but generally we are more concerned with just having fun, then being trying to be #1 in everything
