Aenar bridge officer requisition

How can I get the "Aenar requisition form" I need to get the Aenar boff at the earth space dock requisitions officer. Any help from any seasoned players would be much appreciated.

    you need to purchase it from the micro transaction store known as the c-store by selecting the in game tab at the bottom right of yor mini map, then you can go to the ingame vendor and purchase the officer

    Thanks for the feedback. Got my Engineer Commander and the 3 skill I wanted. See you out on a Task Force.
