Congratulations, Warrior.. WTF?

Yesterday I got such nice e-mail: "Congratulations, Warrior, you are now ready to join the Klingon Defense Force!"

Now, I have nothing against such things send to new players but... I'm a player since season 4, was a subscriber (yeah, I joined long before F2P), I leveled several characters to VA level. So it's not as if this character was the first one that reached cmdr level.

So why the hell do I get such spam (on this point this is spam)?

    It is Random as Fk lol. I have 7 Feds and 5 KDF, I still Randomly Get the email if I roll a new toon fed side to 24. But as I said.. It's random and highly inconsistent.
