Fleet Departments

To have the option to elect different departments in your fleet is something most fleets would really love!

We have people in my fleet who are in charge of helping people below level 50 to help them train to get to 50.
People also are in charge with PvE Elite teams and so forth.

Also for having a large PvP assigned perma-squad, for instance,
1)Alpha Squad is a 6 man squad 3 tacs, 2 engis and 1 science. They Specialize in Balanced PvP.
2)Beta Squad is another 6 man team with 4 Tacs, 1 Engi, and 1 Science. They specialize in more DPS
3)Gamma Squad, 6 men, 3 Science, 2 tacs, 1 engi More subnuking and disables
4)Delta 6 Man Elite PvE specializing
5) Epsilon 6 man Fleet Actions
6) Zeta Ground PvP
7) Eta So forth with more ideas
8) Omega Fleet Leaders

So many Ideas for people to choose from, my idea is there, just all jumbled up.

Larger Fleets would love this idea.

Well, you can kinda-sorta do this with fleet ranks, though it's not quite as specific as you'd like, I think. You may want to consider having some kind of a robust 3rd party site for your fleet that allows for this sort of player separation.

Not as you would think. Tried different ways to do it but it just doesn't work. This idea is a work in progress, anyone who wants can shine an idea on the subject.
