I don't understand how they are refits, yet they are weaker than the normals... My knowledge of the weapon must be lacking seriously. But I wish this one as well as the other Hybrid Types get a refit such as Phased Tetryon did. I would love to have Blue Phasers on my Dreadnought XD

But I could easily imagine the team making a new set that could give TOS Phasers a bit of a boost and make them equivalent to other MK12 gear. Maybe even upgrade the Devidian TOS Phasers to Very Rares with some effort (like the Reman Set, but with less of a grind).
