Bad Duty Officer Bug -- Security

The white security officers and armory officers which have the standard benefits, eg beam security team, are being classified as Tactical for at least the KDF. This has a negative impact on projects where Security classified Doffs are needed since most of them are now classified as Tactical. Please fix asap.
