Assault Cruiser Regent Class not in tribble?

I have over 6,000 zen i'd like to use in Tribble. Went to search for the new Regent Class Assault cruiser to see if I like the Metreon gas and new torpedo launcher however, i couldn't find it in the Zen store.

Can I assume that it'll be put up in tribble eventually or am I not looking in the right place?

    It's been pretty standard practice since the Caitian carrier to NOT have new ships up for testing on tribble. Matter of fact if you want to use the HEC, Caitian Carrier, or Regent you have to xfer a char over that already has on in their inventory

    Tribble is for testing.

    Seems odd that you cannot test a new ship.

    I've been dissapointed by just some of the standard ships. This has made me decide not to buy a ship unless I could test it first.

    Sadly the only ship in the station I can test is the Oddy and while it is ok it isn't something I fly even my free one enough to dish out that sort of zen for.

    If someone is listening, Since there is no way in game to try before you buy allow players to test all the ships in tribble. Not just for a couple of days then grey it out. Not keep them out of tribble period. I do not think it is that much to ask since tribble is for testing only, characters can not be transferred back, etc.

    please devs put the regent on here and let players test it properly!

    oh well, transferred over my tac char with his MVAE, HEC, MSC, and 1000-day ship

    Marjority of the zen ships wont be put on tribble. Why, you can proabably guess why.

    Ah yes.. The power of money. I mean, after all if we were to actually test it we probably might not want to buy it.

    On the flip side--if they let us test it and it sucked we could actually tell them what to improve or add so that people would buy it..

    I guess they would rather take the chance and play on our psyche.

    You can't actually. Putting all of the zen store stuff free on tribble makes a lot of sense. As does periodically wiping characters and capping credits at 10 million.

    It should be hard to play on tribble full time, but easy to use tribble (or redshirt) to see if you'd like to play that way full time on live. Asking 25 dollars for a virtual ship is a lot of money, 50 dollars for a virtual ship with a bunch of special consoles is a huge amount of money for something that might suck for you.

    I have a mobius, which I probably wouldn't have bought had I realized in advance that it doesn't have any bridge NPC's panels or decks, not for RP reasons, I couldn't care less about those, but it means I need to swap ships to do all of the various doff missions you can get inside your ship. Bloody nuisance. And I wouldn't have known that was a question to ask of someone on live.
