    Could we have player flag patches and player/fleet flags? Since we have fleet patches and logos for ship and uniforms, could we have a system like the fleet logo system for designing a players "Flag" to be displayed next to fleet flag or opposite arm of player or ships hull?

    Rember in star trek three when Kruge said he would beam to the Enterprise to take Genesis from the ships computer and he would "Transfer our flag there?"

    The flags could be defaulted to be one on each side of view screen on pole or spread out on wall next to it or behind the captains chair on each side on a pole? Or on a pole or spread out by the turbo lift or ready room?

    Also, what about ships dedication Plaques? Could we customize them and make a ship motto? They could only be accessible to read on a players bridge when player is there or someone player invites over to ship.

    1. Will crafters ever be able to salvage items that they craft and also will they ever be able to salvage items that drop?
    2. Will there ever be a min/max placed on items in the exchange? Not everyone has millions of EC.

    From everything I have read on the T5 Fleet ships is that only ones that you get with a VA free token cost the $20. If you have bought the VA T5 Refit ships from the C-Store, then it will only cost you the $5 for the 1 Fleet Module + the Fleet Credits.

    I have heard persistent rumors that the existing STF armor appearances will be added to the c-store as costumes, and new armor looks added to the sets. As someone who's more interested in the outfit than the gear, I would welcome this! Is there any truth to the rumor, and if not, how about adding a crafted ground set with an armor costume unlock?

    Hi Dan, can you confirm if new (original or licensed) music is in the works for Season 7? Have you ever considered a community contest to get new music into the game?

    The other day I beamed down to Starfleet Academy during the particle event, and was greeted with the "choral tension" battle music. Felt absolutely ridiculous running around an otherwise peaceful campus recruiting DOFFs with the chanting and strings in the background.

    As good as STO's score is, I feel the limited track list has become tedious and repetitive. Building my own playlist is an alternative that reflects poorly on the game experience.

    Retro Gorn? Retro Gorn? Retro Gorn?

    Will we ever see a return of these fellas, perhapse as a mission unlock or added back in along with the new Gorn?

    Also, can we see all species parts added to the tailor? I know this is possible due to a costume related issue with the special, non-editable BOs. And if I may say so, the character creations with this hiccup are astounding.

    Awhile back, you indicated that you added around 20 staff to the STO team. Without asking for a complete breakdown, can you clarify if that's across the board or if there's a special project we can look forward to an announcement about?

    Question will we ever be able to change the initials U.S.S./I.K.S. on our ships to a initial version of our fleet name or will we always be stuck with them:P:P:P

    Are we ever going to see PVP have any real consequences? I would love to play a mission where my fleet mates and I go and attack a Klingon Starbase or a Klingon fleet attacks our fleet and we have to defend it. What I would love to see is for PVP to be connected closer to the game play we experience every day.

    Will the Vesta be able to mount dual cannons?


    With all the ships that have been released so far, most boff/console configurations have been explored and all new ships have to offer are unique consoles. Have you considered producing 'role hybrid' ships, like the previously mentioned vesta running dual cannons, or how the original Odyssey was going to be a cruiser with Sensor Scan?

    What game balance logic was behind the decision to make the flyable Aquarius Escort have worse stats than a comparable Bird of Prey, no cloaking device, and no other means of balancing for not having a cloaking device?

    Why are so many of the KDF fleet ships worse than their C-store versions, lower tier versions, or equivalent level ships?

    Will the KDF faction receive a discount to fleet modules required if they have purchased a lower tier version of a vessel, due to the lack of C-store versions at Tier 5- so that it balances out compared to the Federation side? Or will you continue to take advantage of a situation engineered to prevent KDF players from enjoying the same discount as Starfleet ones?

    For the 700 day Android Boff Veteran Reward, can we have it set up like the Diplomacy and Veteran Boffs where there is one of each type of class and gender? Getting to the 700 day vet reward would give the player an Android Boff token and the player can use that Token at the Bridge Officer Store to get their pick of an android. Not everyone wants a male engineer for an android.

    Since PvP content is apparently quite a ways away, would it be possible to add spawn points to already existing PvE maps? There's quite a few (from FEs and otherwise) that would work well as PvP maps. It should provide a short term stop-gap while more advanced features are implemented.

    1. The Galaxy and Galaxy X ship are almost non existent in elite STFs or fleet Alerts, certainly in PVP.
    Could you please consider giving these fan favorites a pass as to make them at least viable in these missions, or at least be able to compete with the other ships?

    2. Science: It's a general consensus that offensive Science abilities are, for a lack of a better word, "lacking". Any plans on making science fun to play again?

    3. The 1000 day veteran reward unique ship: Will there be a version for each career ? Or will it have universal bridge officer stations ? Can you share any details? Will it be awesome?
    I'm really looking forward to this. :D

    1. new shuttles? like the ones from Star trek: Insurrection movie (both, one that Picard flew in with Work & the one Data was flying in)

    2. when will we be able to customize the shuttles like we on the main ships? like having different types of interiors.

    3. any chances of assigning the bridge officers to bridge stations we like?

    4. seems everyone is asking this, what is with the Wells-class ship showing up in the game? is that going to be a new ship coming out?

    Why was the flashlight implemented as a device and not as a Innate ability of players with the source of the light dictated by the weapon equipped?
    (i.e. a hand phaser would have the wrist mounted flashlight, the rifles would have the light source from the light mounted to the barrel of the weapon and melee weapons would have the current over the shoulder pod.)

    1: Is there any intention to ever fix the Biochemist DOff so that the -10 damage resistance debuff added to science debuffs actually applies to targets, rather than simply displaying an indicator but making no change to their actual Damage Resistance?

    2: When will we get Fleet Marks for PvP?

    When can we expect new story missions, and in what sort of frequency/quantity?

    Well, I'd like to start off saying how much I really enjoy this game. It has occupied a good bit of my time, and as of late, I have seen some good things happen. Of course, I've seen the bad too, but good outweighs it. And I'm sure you've probably seen these questions a million times, but I figured I'd at least get my voice out there. So, without further wait, here I go.

    1) I've heard some things about customization, but will we ever see starbase customization similar to our ships? Like maybe an exterior paintjob and replacing the UFP logo with a fleet logo both on the exterior and anywhere it appears inside.

    2) Also with the starbase. The Ops level doesn't feel like Ops. It's more of a general area. Could Ops be moved and maybe add an Admiral's Office?

    3) The Omega, MACO, and Honor Guard ground set costumes are wonderful, but I'm more of a space guy. Is it possible to make ship interiors for each of those sets? Like maybe the crew level of ships with varying banners and trophies for each 'branch' and Mark level.

    4) As sad as it is for a Federation officer to say, I'd love to see the KDF revamped. I have 3 KDF characters and it really is a pain to level them up. I know Star Trek has always been Starfleet-oriented, but The KDF has always been one of those classic enemies. I'd personally like to see KDF start like Starfleet, no unlock required, start at level 1 and get more missions. Maybe Patrol and definitely more story. Should they appear, I'd say make factions like the Romulans and such the ones you unlock at level 25 and start at Level 20. The Starfleet-KDF war seems central to the game. Player should make that choice at the start.

    5) When can we hope to see the ability to change uniforms of the random crew on our ships and the denizens of our starbase?

    6) Has there been consideration towards perhaps making all bridge officer stations universal? I feel that the console slots and the innate abilities of each ship class make the distinction between classes. Total universal officer slots would allow players to further customize their approach. Several times I've been in a cruiser and needed more science or tactical abilities. And the same can be said for all ships.

    Well, ladies and gentlemen, that is all for now. It has been an honor to have this chance and is always an honor to support this game. I look forward to its progression and hope to be part of it.

    1. Why is it easier to transfer Energy Credits between two different accounts than it is between two of your own characters?

    2. Is there a purpose for the daily Dillithium refinement cap? If for some reason I choose to play a miner that day, why am I limited on my rewards? There's no daily XP or Energy Credit cap is there?

    3. What's the reasoning behind STF drops not being account bound? I mean how many Prototype Borg Shield Technologies does one character need?

    4. If you want players to buy more Z-Store ships... why limit the number of ships they can have? If the limit were removed, don't you think more people would stop "hording" their coveted ship slots and purchase new ships? From personal experience, a lack of empty ship slots has stopped me from purchasing a new Z-Store ship twice.

    5. Why does switching between two characters kick me back to the account login screen?

    When will STO have any sort of structure to it.

    If you look at other MMO's like World of War craft there model works. You have leveling missions that you do by your self or with a friend and then at the end of the leveling area there is a 5 man instance (similar to the STF's) which has better gear then the leveling area. It has more and different and unique types of weapons and armor that you can only get their and they get you ready for even bigger instances. After a few 5 man dungeons their is a raid instance that consists of 10, 25 or 40 people. And those raids have even more gear that is different and unique. And all of that is designed to help get you better gear for end game content and to help you level.
    One thing WoW has always done that STO is not doing is bringing in content, more and more content giving the players more to do and more items in game to work for.

    STO needs to adopt a system like that, it will bring in more content, more STF's like a Romulan STF or a Klingon STF or an Undine STF that can be accessed at lower levels with unique gear and at end game level with even different and unique gear.
    STO in my opinion has very few bosses, has very little unique gear for both your person and your ship. It only has MACO, Honor Guard, and Omega Force gear that is visibly unique for your toon and their is only 8 different ones for your ship.

    Trying to get the gear from the STF's is a joke, why is their not a loot table in place where everybody gets their lock boxes and EDC and then their is a separate drop (just like if you finish the optional) Where two items plus either the Rare or Prototype salvage always drop and everybody has a chance to roll for it. This running Infected ground 115 times before you get the item is discouraging and makes people not want to even try or play the game.

    So, will we see new structuring with more STF's and possibly 10 man STF's?
    Will we see more visibly different gear?
    And will the loot table for the STF's either change or will it get beter and more reasonable?

    1. Are you ever going to introduce a system that locks people out of elite STFs if they have multiple injuries? It's very annoying to be on a team with people that have several injuries and aren't healing.

    2. Will you please introduce some more mini games. It would be nice to have PvP poker. Also it would be nice to be able to play the tri-dimensional chess on the fed starbase

    I love my Hybrid Plasma Disruptors, but with the MK XII Borg weapons or the up coming Fleet Advanced weapons they are sort of under powered. I was wondering if there was going to be a way to get these special weapons, including the Phased Polaron in MK XII, a higher quality or other kinds like Turrets?

    Also, when are we toning to see a Fleet Dreadnought Cruiser or maybe a bit more bite to its under whelming Phases Lance (compared to say Beam Overload 3)?

    I'm EU player. And I'm klingon player.
    So I have only one question (maybe 2).
    Every month federation player get a new ship and new uniform. There is more than 6 month klingons players didn't get anything. I read blog you are making a new romulan faction and you let klingon faction as a really poor faction. What time klingons player could get new unique ship and new uniform? What time Cryptic will treat klingon players the same way cryptic is treating federation players?

    1) Now that the Racing Uniform (a favorite of mine too!) is going to be available does that mean that racing missions are on the way? I'd love to race against my friends!

    2) When are the Voth going to make an official appearance? They've been hinted at in some missions and watching the Voyager series has made me want to see them appear in-game.

    3) With the non-humanoid Tholians in the game now are we going to see player/BO options for non-humanoids?

    Can we please have the nemesis refit version of the Sovereign class ?

    I really understand that the differences are very subtle, BUT honestly it was supposed to be the updated version of that ship class.

    It's kind of odd that it should be excluded. Could you perhaps make it a skin for the fleet Sovereign ? Please :D

    Also, would you please consider making the Riker maneuver console equipable on the Mirror Universe assault Cruiser too?

    I know the details of the much anticipated Vesta class are probably classified, But could you please consider offering some of the additional configurations the designer has come up with for that ship? BTW, I'm really hoping that ship will be a science ship :)

    Oh and one more thing regarding Mark's ships, might we see some of his other ship designs in game at some later date too?

    Any reason why on federation ships do 360* turrets fire from the ships hull and not a hard point?

    What was the reason to the new fleet and retrofit ships from lower tier to have lower than normal hp and lower shield modifier than other ships in their class?
