How do you unlock the Star Base interior?

    Should have access to the Starbase Interior once your Fleet is formed or you joining a fleet.

    Uhm, you'll have to be a bit more specific.

    If you want to reach your Fleet Starbase, go to Eta Eridani and look for the Federation/Klingon Fleet System.
