Fleet DOFF = 2 Trait Icons

Ones you can contribute have at least 3 Trait Icons.

I have purchased 3 trait from the exchange and they didnt work the only ones on the exchange that are guarenteed to work are resolve doffs

Simple fix is to all fleet doffs add a "Fleet" trait that has no stats or anything attached to it but simply states this is a fleet doff.

Simple and problem solved till it gets decided if they get a fancy fleet boarder or icons in the portrait ect.

I've gotten single trait whites from the DOFF Decompiler that I immediately put into the starbase. I've gotten 2 trait whites from the DOFF Decompiler too. I think your information may be flawed

Doffs can have as few as 1 trait.

Two trait doffs can be good or bad.

Non-FF doffs (Human, Andorian, Vulcan, Tellarite) seem to always work so far.
