Does anyone have stats on the tholian disruption torpedoes or know how to get them? I have seen them used in fleet actions not involving tholians so I know there must be a way to get them, just haven't been able to find any info on them.

They are standard equipment on the Tholian starships, the Recluse Carrier and Orb Weaver, I believe each comes with one equiped fore with a quantum aft.
Here's a link to a youtube video featuring the carrier, the uploader shows the tooltips for the torpedo at time index 02:37
The Tholian Thermionic Torpedo Launcher is what you're talking about, and it's only available by acquiring the Orb Weaver or Recluse, unfortuantely (or the Widow fighter, if you want the small craft version).
It's very versatile, and very useful...more a tool than a weapon, IMHO, especially since you can only mount one per ship for some reason.
Fired singly, they're very meh. 15% chance to do something useful, and they really don't do squat for damage.
When used with spread, they fire a cluster of these at several ships. This is very useful for slowing several ships to a crawl, if not stopping them altogether; it procs almost every time, from my experience. Very useful in STF's when you're on probe duty/Kang defense.
Fired in high yield, they manifest themselves as first a charged electrical ball emitted from the front of the ship, which then splits into 3, but is counted as a single torpedo. It works like a high yield plasma torpedo in that it is very slow, and can be easily destroyed before it reaches its target; as a result, it needs to be released close to the target, unless you're firing on inactive targets (as in STF's). I can only give you my experience, and I have 9 points in Flow Capacitors, but...it procs every single time, affects every target in a 1.5km radius, and drains 50 power from weapons and engines for 10 seconds. Most targets stop dead in their tracks when hit or splashed by this, including yourself...so make sure you don't get splashed. Does decent damage, but not like a high yield plasma...again, more a tool than a weapon.
I thought it was something different as when its fired with high yield i see Heavy Disruption Torpedo as the label when the torpedo is targeted. Thanks for the info.
