Graphic Lag

Howdy gang,
Does anyone have problem with graphic lag when doing the STF battle alerts? If so is there a quick fixs to this problem, I only encounter this problem when playing with more than 50/100 players and some time with ground battle. please help

    Turn down your settings when doing these missions. Turn off shadows, optical illusions etc
