Add civilian traffic at Starbases and planets

It would be great if cryptic add civillian traffic on planets like Bajor and stations like Deep Space 9.
Civillian traffic in Deep Space 9 is either civilian transports depart the system or entering the wormhole.
Npc ships like at Deep Space K7 or ESD could add at Deep Space 9 or other places that doesn't had those.
We could do some daily mission on the civilian traffic like escorting or scan it for contraband we get stuff from it
