Klingon Tutorial

I have a mission that has very little explanation with it, its a Klingon Tutorial called "Hovtaq' Doq Mur'Eq IoSmaH chorgh Dub qab" its a patrol of some sort and the only information is "Target Practise", I'd like to know how to resolved it so that i dont have to drop it.

I have another Tutorial mission i forget its name but its only discription is "Repel Interlopers"

I think these missions need a little more explination of how to complete them, maybe they did when i accepted them but that was to long ago to remember because i accepted all the tutorial missions i could all at once.

Any help would be happily received, Thanks.

it's one of the exploration zone missions.... most likely in the leftmost of the exploration zones along the bottom of omega leonis.

I couldnt find these missions on the wiki but i was able to resolve them, theres one of these Klingon Language titled missions for each region at the bottom of the klingon sector.
